As a devoted military wife and maltipoo mom, Molly splits her time between Brambleton, Virginia, the city where she and her family now reside, and Pasadena, California, the city where she grew up. In June 2022, Molly and her husband welcomed the newest member of their family, Molly’s absolute favorite photographic subject, baby Juliet.
Hello and welcome! My name is Molly, and I am a Charlottesville wedding photographer for those wildly in love. Based in Northern Virginia, I photograph weddings all throughout Virginia, the DMV, and the East Coast, from elegant estate weddings to romantic celebrations in Virginia wine country.
Since moving to Virginia in 2015, Charlottesville has easily become one of my favorite places to photograph weddings. With the Blue Ridge Mountains, endless vineyards, historic estates, and beautiful gardens, there is something about the Charlottesville area that feels both relaxed and refined. I love the way the landscape becomes part of each couple's story, whether we're taking portraits amongst the vines, wandering through a historic property, or catching the last rays of light as the sun disappears over the mountains.
At the core, I believe in love and romance. In natural light, happy couples, and real, organic moments. I believe in creating art and in collecting fragments of time. But, most importantly, I believe in capturing images that will last a lifetime. I absolutely adore what I do, and hope we get the chance to work together to make some magic.

A Charlottesville Wedding Photographer Who Knows Virginia Wine Country
There is a reason Charlottesville is such a sought-after wedding destination. Just outside the city, the landscape opens up into vineyards, farms, historic estates, and mountain views, creating a completely different setting from the more urban weddings I photograph in Washington DC and Northern Virginia. The Charlottesville area has an incredible variety of venues, from vineyard celebrations overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains to historic properties surrounded by gardens and acres of land.
I love photographing weddings throughout Charlottesville and Albemarle County and finding the pockets of light that make each venue feel different. Whether it's a classic wedding overlooking the mountains at Pippin Hill, a garden party at a historic estate, or a black-tie celebration surrounded by the Virginia countryside, I’m always looking for places where the light, landscape, and energy of the day come together to create something truly magical.
