Cailyn and Christian’s Tidewater Inn wedding on Maryland’s Eastern Shore blended classic black-tie style with an elevated garden-inspired design. Their day was filled with ivory and white florals, soft blues, lush greenery, and the loveliest light.
Cailyn’s bridesmaids wore floor-length black dresses, while Christian’s groomsmen wore classic black tuxedos — the perfect contrast to their pastel palette. The ceremony, which took place in the Tidewater Inn’s courtyard, featured organic greenery and florals cascading across the columns and clusters of greenery and candlelight lining the aisle. After the ceremony, we wandered into the garden down the street for newlywed portraits, making the most of the soft golden hour light before the evening continued with merriment and dancing. As a Maryland wedding photographer, I love getting to photograph celebrations like this on the Eastern Shore.
