Held at the historic Daughters of the American Revolution headquarters, Mary and Kyle’s DAR wedding in Washington, DC unfolded against one of the city’s most iconic backdrops. Their celebration paired the grandeur of their venue with thoughtful details that reflected both their story and sense of style. Throughout the design, a springlike palette of pinks, ivory, and French blue carried through the florals, with pink roses included as a special touch to honor Mary’s grandparents. Cowboy hats were paired with tuxedos, adding a touch of Mary’s Texas roots to the upscale DC setting. And, for their second look, Mary changed into a dress with feather accents while Kyle stepped into a white dinner jacket that was simply *chef’s kiss*. With a ceremony overlooking the Washington monument and a reception inside DAR’s iconic O’Byrne Gallery, every part of the day felt classic, sophisticated, and distinctly Washington.
